Rolls will be kept for all rehearsals and performances. Please ensure you sign them.
Attending a rehearsal means attending the whole rehearsal. We expect you will do your best to attend all rehearsals but you must attend at least 80% of them. If you can not do this due to extenuating circumstances, please inform the Membership Secretary.
Certain rehearsals are also compulsory and if you miss these you may sing in the concert only with the approval of both the Principal Conductor and President.
If there is more than one performance, you are expected to attend all of them.
We have a tough attendance policy but we will be considerate if you tell us your situation in advance. We do want you to enjoy singing with us.
