MEMBERSHIP 2017

Membership renewals commence on Monday 13 February, between 6.15 and 6.55 pm at the Robert Menzies College Chapel. Members intending to renew should complete the Renewal Form and bring it with them when registering. Prospective new members please inquire with the Membership Secretary.

Members are expected to commit to all performances during the year and must contact the President or Membership Secretary regarding any need to withdraw. Rehearsal dates are as per the Rehearsal Calendar and a 75% attendance rate applies as per the Attendance Policy.  Individual circumstances can be discussed as necessary and we will be considerate if you tell us your situation in advance.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES
For 2017, Full:  $150 ; Student:  $30.
Membership is for a calendar year and expires at the end of February in the following year.
A music hire bond (deposit) of $20 is payable on first joining the choir and lasts the lifetime of your membership unless forfeited due to lost or damaged music.

MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE
Upon payment of the membership subscription, music scores will be allocated in accordance with Library Information requirements.  MUS will have available a number of scores according to the set desirable numbers for any given concert and these scores will be issued on a first-come first-served basis until the scores run out.

CONCERT PERFORMANCES

Membership of the choir does not guarantee singing in a concert. The final decision as to who may perform rests with the Principal Conductor and President.  For any inquiries contact the Membership Secretary.
