| 2002 | Not New Year's Eve - Saturday December 28th, 2002 MUS celebrated an
early New Year's Eve with the Australian Philharmonic Orchestra and Willoughby
Symphony Choir. Conducted by Gavin Sutherland, the concert featured soloists
Bernadette Robinson, Sergei Golovko (percussion), Emily Whelan, Angus
Wood and Denise Drysdale as compere. |

| 2002 | The Prosperity Concert - Friday December 20th, 2002 This concert was held as part of the 30th anniversary celebration of diplomatic relations between Australia and the People's Republic of China. Conducted by Yu Long and featuring acclaimed soprano Song Zuying, Huo Xiaojun (Erhu) and Chen Yue (flautist), Yang Lan (MC) and the Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra. Featuring: Jasmine, Spice Sister, Flying Song of Motherland, Beautiful Life, Click Go the Shears (translated into Chinese), Love for My China and I Still Call Australia Home. |

| 2002 | Best of British - November 29th & 30th, 2002 2002 saw the celebration of the Queen's Golden Jubilee and the passing of the Queen Mother. AusPops paid tribute to these two great ladies in the Best of British concerts. The concert was conducted by Barry Knight and featured Lisa Russell (soprano), Tyrone Landau (tenor). Paul Martell (compere) and of course MUS and the WSO. Works included Handel's Zadok the Priest, If I Ruled the World, a tribute to the Luton Girls Choir and selections from Bless the Bride, Me and My Girl, The Crazy Gang and works by Ivor Novello. |

| 2002 | Springtime in Paris - October 4th & 5th, 2002 MUS went for a stroll along the boulevards of Paris as Gavin Sutherland conducted Springtime in Paris. The concert featured soloists Amelia Farrugia and Donald Cant and the Christine Walsh Dance Company. Works performed included selections from Les Miserables, Carmen, Tales of Hoffmann and tributes to Aznavour, Piaf and Chevalier. |

| 2002 | Vienna Waits for You - August 9th & 10th, 2002 Warwick Stengards, resident conductor at the Vienna Volksoper returned to Australia to conduct this concert series, and brought with him soprano Elisabeth Flechl and tenor Kurt Schreibmayer from the Vienna Voksoper. The concert was compered by Lewis Fiander. Featuring:selections from the Gypsy Baron (Strauss II), Wiener Blut (Stauss II), the Merry Widow (Lehar) and other works by Strauss and Stolz. |
